Responsibilities

  • Work with and through others, building and maintaining relationships.
  • Train and coach a successful team using strong decision-making skills under Banking Center leadership guidance.
  • Operate as an effective communicator, motivating others while being responsive to their needs.
  • Handle detailed work quickly, correctly, and efficiently within established guidelines.
  • Maintain guidelines, structure, and policies while collaborating with others.
  • Provide exceptional service to a diverse audience, developing relationships with business partners and clients.
  • Introduce clients to new products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of mortgage, business, and installment loan options, offering a broad range of financial and credit services.
  • Assist other departments as needed, building rapport with clients and associates while treating everyone with respect.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Registration and licensing in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act, including acceptable background check results.
  • Valid driver’s license (not a learner’s, restricted, or “to and from work” license) and driving history that meets the Bank’s standards (verified via Motor Vehicle Report).

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • 3-4 years of cash handling or financial service experience.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated successful sales experience.
  • 4-5 years of relevant job experience.
  • Bilingual language skills.
  • Passionate, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies.
  • Ability to analyze situations logically and make sound decisions.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with various computer/software systems.
  • Proficiency in calculating figures such as cash back and percentages.
