About Us

It starts with our culture. We believe common sense should be common—people would do what they say, say what they do, and banks would only sell what you need. Our Bankers see clients as individuals—a dad, a mom, a graduate, a business owner—not just numbers. We focus on Relationships, Fairness, and Simplicity.

When you choose our Company, you have an opportunity to make an impact beyond our walls. We are committed to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion through banking relationships, investing, grants, and volunteerism. We promote the growth, revitalization, and sustainability of the communities we serve and strive to ensure all associates feel welcome and empowered at work.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance. We provide training and coaching during onboarding and on the job. As you demonstrate success, there will be opportunities for advancement within our organization.
