Personal Banker - Universal - Federal and Alameda

About the role

As a Universal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. You will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet, and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree (or equivalent combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service).
• Preferred skills: Accountability, Banking, Client Loyalty, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Service, Identifying Opportunities, Leveraging Technology, Proactive Sales.
• Competencies: Banking Products, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Matrix Management, Problem Solving, Prospecting, Retail Lending, Selling, Understanding Customer Needs.
• Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Pay

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based on company, business, and/or individual performance.
