InTouch Credit Union is a not-for-profit community institution operating branches in Texas, Nevada, and Michigan. We serve over 70,000 members domestically and internationally, with a rich history spanning over 50 years.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and educate members, establishing trust through personal connections and active listening.
• Utilize digital banking tools to enhance member interactions and satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of financial regulations such as BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, and mortgage loan originator requirements.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while demonstrating excellent communication skills across various platforms.
• Work rotating Saturdays from 8:45am to 12:45pm, with potential increases based on business needs.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent education.
• A minimum of two (2) years of sales and service experience in a retail or financial institution setting.
• Experience using digital banking tools.
• Ability to complete a credit check, pre-employment drug screen, and fingerprinting as per state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• Availability: Monday through Friday, 8:15am to 5:15pm, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45am to 12:45pm.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with NMLS is required.

Our ideal candidate will earn a pay range of $22.28 to $23.51 for this role.
