InTouch Credit Union is a not-for-profit community institution operating branches in Texas, Nevada, and Michigan. They serve over 70,000 members in the U.S. and more than 20 countries worldwide. The Credit Union is seeking a full-time Personal Banker to join their dynamic Branch Operations team.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $22.28 to $23.51 per hour.

Requirements

• Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–12:45pm.
• Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:15am–5:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–12:45pm.
• Ability to make personal connections, engage with and educate members, ask open-ended questions and use active listening skills to establish trust and build lasting member relationships.
• Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc.
• Knowledge of digital banking solutions and technology-enabled services.
• Demonstrative experience to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms.
• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
