Personal Banker: Nazareth Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an engaging experience for all customers (internal and external) through a committed execution of the Fidelity Model Experience and by embodying the organization’s core values.
• Engage with customers to identify their financial needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Achieve financial goals through consultative conversations.
• Foster relationships with existing customers to identify cross-selling opportunities and support customer retention and growth.
• Support direct service on deposit products and services, including completing necessary documentation and performing point-of-sale processing.
• Solicit new business from prospective customers and nurture ongoing relationships with current customers to ensure continued growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
