Personal Banker II
About the role
WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to join our team. This role involves providing products and services to enhance customer relationships, opening new accounts, submitting loan applications, resolving customer service issues, performing account maintenance, assisting with teller transactions, and promoting digital banking services.
Responsibilities
- Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Open new accounts and submit loan applications
- Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests
- Recommend and promote Bank’s digital banking services
- Assist customers with teller transactions
- Process various transactions in a timely, efficient, accurate, and friendly manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Prior sales experience
- Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner
- Previous cash handling experience
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment preferred
- Proven ability for attention to detail
- Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs
- Proven, excellent customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to market Bank products and services
- One year of previous banking experience preferred
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without an employer-sponsored petition for a visa
- Full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month

Schedule
This is a full-time 40-hour/week position with a flexible rotating weekly schedule and 2-3 Saturdays per month. The schedule can change at any time based on business needs.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $37,440 - $52,800. Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
