As a Personal Banker II your primary mission is to build banking relationships with members of our community based on purpose, value, and trust. You devote the time necessary to truly understand your customers’ current financial state and anticipate their future needs. With this mindset and approach, you demonstrate interest and care for their financial well-being, setting the stage to uncover opportunities to assist them with financial products and solutions suited to their circumstances. Through partnership with other Tri Counties Bank professionals, you help create the full banking experience that distinguishes us in our communities.
Responsibilities
Scope & Complexity:
- Conduct an average of approximately 12 or more customer conversations daily.
- Present to customers the features and benefits of:
- Consumer Checking Accounts
- Consumer Savings Accounts
- Certificates Of Deposit
- Online Banking
- Bill Pay
