Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customers with a focus on acquisition, expansion, and retention
• Maintain a high level of proficiency regarding all Frost products, with expertise on deposit and loan products to educate customers effectively
• Provide transactional services, including accepting deposits, payments, and check cashing
• Meet assigned sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing personal financial needs with customers and presenting solutions
• Educate and advise customers about products and services
• Work effectively and amicably with all Frost bankers and customers
• Make outbound phone calls to customers for service, sales, and onboarding efforts
• Keep abreast of current product, technology, and industry trends
• Manage risk and actively practice loss prevention
• Ensure prompt, efficient, accurate, and courteous customer service
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Requirements

• Required availability: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–6:15pm with rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–1:15pm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
