Job Summary

Vision Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role involves providing excellent service to customers, developing expertise with Vision Bank products and services, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and complying with company and industry policies and regulations.

Duties

• Deliver exceptional experiences to build, expand, and retain long-term customer relationships with individuals and small business customers.
• Meet customers' needs and offer the best products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with multiple lines of business to meet customers' needs.
• Have in-depth knowledge of all banking products and services along with company systems.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulations.
• Continually learn by being exposed to different financial situations and working with other teams throughout Vision Bank.

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Excellent computer skills and a strong technical aptitude to learn systems quickly.
• Communication: Show empathy and be conscientious of emotions during interactions with both customers and bank employees.
• Detail-Oriented: Adhere to bank standards and recognize when situations need to be escalated.
• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or handling cash preferred.
