Responsibilities
- Perform efficient transactions and develop relationships with customers to identify opportunities to help them meet their financial goals.
- Prioritize customer demands and time-sensitive requests while providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with multiple lines of business to meet customer needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all banking products, services, and company systems.
- Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulations.
- Continually learn by working with different financial situations and teams throughout Vision Bank.
Requirements
Skills and Abilities
- Technical Expertise: Excellent computer skills and a strong technical aptitude to quickly learn banking systems. Basic math skills are required, though much of the work is automated.
- Communication: Daily interactions with customers and employees require empathy and emotional awareness.
- Detail-Oriented: Adhere to bank standards, recognize situations needing escalation, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Following up and following through are critical.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or handling cash is preferred.
