Personal Banker I

Job Summary

Vision Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to provide excellent service to customers, develop expertise with products and services, and comply with policies and regulations. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Duties

• Deliver exceptional experiences to build and expand customer relationships
• Meet customers' needs and offer products/services to help them achieve financial goals
• Collaborate with multiple lines of business to meet customer needs
• Have in-depth knowledge of banking products and services and company systems
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulations
• Continually learn by working with different financial situations and other teams within Vision Bank

Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Excellent computer skills and technical aptitude to learn systems quickly; basic math skills
• Communication: Show empathy, be conscientious of emotions, and interact with both customers and bank employees
• Detail-Oriented: Adhere to bank standards, recognize situations needing escalation, ensure accuracy, follow-up, and follow-through
• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and/or handling cash preferred
