Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and accurate service to clients
- Assist department staff in completing essential functions of a retail branch bank
- Cash handling, balancing, account opening, client transactions
- Risk mitigation
- Product knowledge and training
- Provide leadership in delivering quality client service
- Assist Market Manager with monitoring reports, training, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- One-year retail banking experience preferred
- Working knowledge of personal computers and cash handling
- Knowledge of bank services and products a definite plus
- Ability to market and cross-sell products to customers
- Good problem solving and decision-making ability
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills
Hours
Monday – Saturday based on the bank’s hours of operation. Hours will vary daily.
