Our Personal Bankers are dedicated professionals who are passionate about improving their customers' financial health. Compensation
Hourly: $20.55 - $25.05 (Based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
Essential Functions
- Interact with customers both in person and over the phone to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Actively listen to customers to provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Educate customers on various retail products and digital solutions to enhance their financial wellness.
- Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while adhering to policies and procedures.
- Identify complex financial needs and refer customers to specialized bank staff.
- Earn additional compensation through a quarterly incentive program.

- Strong sales skills to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Ability to meet personal and team sales goals.
- Motivated and organized self-starter with attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
- Experience working in environments with individual and team sales goals preferred.
