We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "If you’re motivated, detail-oriented..."? That's introductory but not a heading; we can keep as prose maybe under About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we should not add a heading for job title. We can start with an

About the role? The posting includes description about role. We'll create sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe Education And Experience), Qualifications (maybe skills?), Benefits (list), Pay (maybe mention competitive pay, bonus), Schedule (Full Time, 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday; occasional Saturdays). Also maybe Skills? Could combine. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like: "Provides assistance to all assigned areas of branch operations where needed, including new accounts, teller, safe deposit, vault teller and lending." etc. We'll list responsibilities as
  • . Education And Experience: "Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field. Substitution: Three (3) years of directly related full time experience performing the functions outlined above may be considered in lieu of the degree. Three (3) years of experience in the financial services industry performing teller job duties. Three (3) years of experience working in sales or customer service". That's requirements/qualifications. We could put that under Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. But we might combine to avoid thin sections. However we have both education/experience and maybe skills (communication, team-oriented, detail-oriented, etc). The posting includes many skill-like statements: "motivated, detail-oriented, passion for delivering exceptional customer service", "friendly, customer-oriented", "eager to build and maintain customer relationships", "skilled in areas of teller, vault, safe deposit, lending", "provide leadership, training and support", "community focused", "collaborator", "excellent communication skills", "patient and stable work style", "consistency in dealing with repetitive routines", "service- and team-oriented mindset", "attention to detail", "manage details with relative accuracy and careful attention to quality", "pace of work is steady and relatively unhurried", "focuses heavily on working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines", "requires an effective communicator: someone who is able to motivate others while understanding and responding to their needs and concerns", "involves meeting and working with many different people", "must be friendly and genuinely interested in the needs of others", "must have a persuasive, teaching-oriented mindset and be able to easily communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems". Those could go under Skills or Qualifications. We need to decide sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (education/experience), Skills (soft skills and technical skills), Benefits (list), Pay (competitive pay, bonus), Schedule (full-time, 40 hrs, Mon-Fri occasional Sat). Ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we start with

with the introductory motivational sentences? The posting starts: "If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, keep reading! This is a fast-paced, interactive position with CCFBank, a successful financial institution with locations throughout Wisconsin and Minnesota. We’re seeking a friendly, and customer-oriented individual who is eager to build and maintain customer relationships. As a Personal Banker you will discuss, explain, promote and sell products and services to current and/or potential customers and assist them in opening the products and services that best fit their needs. You will be skilled in the areas of teller, vault, safe deposit, lending and provide leadership, training and support to branch staff and other colleagues. Bonus points if you’re community focused and excited about making a positive difference for those around you. The ideal candidate is a collaborator who works well in a team environment with excellent communication skills. This job requires a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with repetitive routines. A service- and team-oriented mindset is essential to success. The work requires attention to detail. The person in this position must be able to manage details with relative accuracy and careful attention to quality. The pace of work is steady and relatively unhurried. This job focuses heavily on working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. It requires an effective communicator: someone who is able to motivate others while understanding and responding to their needs and concerns. This role involves meeting and working with many different people. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the needs of others, whether that's managers, team members, customers, or the company itself. This person must have a persuasive, teaching-oriented mindset and be able to easily communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems." That's a lot of prose; we can keep as a single

under About the role. Then Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Primary Responsibilities" section. Then Requirements: education and experience. Then Skills: maybe we can extract skill-like statements that are not already covered. But many of those are similar to responsibilities? We could put them under Skills. But we need to avoid duplication. The responsibilities list already includes many duties. The skill statements are more about personal attributes. We'll put them under Skills. Then Benefits: list all perks. Then Pay: mention "Competitive pay. You will be eligible for a bonus based off of your annual salary based on company goals and performance." Then Schedule: "Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday work week; occasional Saturdays required." We must not include application instructions like "Ready to be part of our financial family? Apply online at ccf.us! If you need assistance applying, contact us at HR@ccf.us and we will attempt to meet your needs." Also remove EEO statement. Also remove duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment. We need to ensure we only output HTML, no markdown fences. Let's craft.
