Position Overview As a Personal Banker at Provident Bank, your primary role is to establish relationships with customers and prospective customers to understand, identify and satisfy their financial needs and to provide a positive customer experience while conducting transactions during every branch interaction. As a Float, this individual will be assigned to the Central NJ/PA Region but will primarily be expected to travel to our branches in Jamesburg, Monroe, Cranbury, Spotswood, East Windsor, and Hamilton. There may be certain circumstances that require a Float Employee to cover staffing at any branch within the Central NJ/PA Region. The Personal Banker position is a dynamic position that performs both transaction and sales and service duties. The responsibilities may vary day to day based on the needs of the branch office.
