Personal Banker - Copperfield
About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Banker for our Copperfield location. The Personal Banker works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first-rate member service, the Personal Banker is accountable for meeting monthly goals and seeking ongoing cross-sell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with existing credit union members and solicit new members.
- Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
- Manage multiple appointments in a busy environment.
- Complete daily administrative tasks.
- Provide first-rate member service.
- Meet monthly sales and performance goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of one to three years of prior sales or financial institution experience.
- Proven track record of achieving goals/quotas on a routine basis.
- Saturday availability is required.
