The Personal Banker is responsible for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships through proactive sales and exceptional service.

Requirements
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or an Associate's degree.
- Strong skills in customer service, proactive sales, communication, problem-solving, and digital awareness.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, assess risks, and leverage banking products effectively.
