About the role

This role combines daily banking transactions with relationship-building, giving you the opportunity to work directly with customers each day while providing excellent service and support.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Answer customer questions and assist with basic account needs
• Build relationships with customers and identify ways to support their financial needs
• Support overall branch operations and contribute to a team-focused environment
