Job Summary

About the Role

As a Personal Banker, you will build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions. You will open new accounts, onboard new relationships, originate loans and lines, refer to partners, and make out-of-office business development calls. You must adhere to bank policies and procedures, reflect core values, and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools
• Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate automated technology use for teaching clients self-service skills
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory transportation, and adequate insurance coverage
• Prior banking experience, including familiarity with lending, previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Pay

Starting salary range: USD $22.33/Hr. to USD $33.18/Hr.

Full-time position.
