About the role

Average daily tasks include working face-to-face with clients, opening new deposit accounts, performing loan and deposit transactions, managing a cash drawer, assisting team members and clients, solving complex problems, asking questions to uncover needs, and referring business to different areas of the company such as lending, insurance, and wealth management.

Requirements

• Maintain confidentiality
• Previous customer service and cash-handling experience
• Proven ability to meet and/or exceed monthly goals for product referrals
• Use banking software to view customer accounts, research statements and transactions, answer customer questions, and refer them to other services and products

Qualifications

• Bilingual/Multilingual skills are a plus
