Personal Banker

About the role

A Personal Banker at Heartland Bank is a trusted advisor who helps clients with their banking needs through meaningful conversations and deep product knowledge. The role involves working face-to-face with clients, opening new deposit accounts, performing loan and deposit transactions, managing a cash drawer, assisting team members and clients, solving complex problems, asking questions to uncover needs, and referring business to different areas of the company.

Requirements

• Maintain confidentiality
• Previous customer service and cash-handling experience
• Proven ability to meet and/or exceed monthly goals for product referrals
• Use banking software to view customer accounts, research statements and transactions, answer customer questions, and refer them to other services and products

Qualifications

• Bilingual/Multilingual skills are a plus

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
