We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarized away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Attention search firms..." etc. Also remove EEO statement. Also remove "Make banking a Fifth Third better® We connect great people to great opportunities. Are you ready to take the next step? Discover a career in banking at Fifth Third Bank." That's likely boilerplate marketing; but maybe it's part of description? It's generic; but we need to preserve substantive info. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The opening marketing lines might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. It's not legal/EEO. It's more like introductory fluff. Might be considered not substantive? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep the description of the role, duties, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. The opening lines about "Make banking a Fifth Third better® We connect great people to great opportunities..." is generic marketing fluff; not substantive about the job. Could be removed as not substantive? The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove marketing fluff, only legal/EEO etc. But we should keep substantive info. The opening lines are not substantive about the role; they are generic. Might be okay to keep? Probably better to drop them as they are not specific to the role. However, we need to be careful not to drop substantive info. The substantive info starts after "General Function". So we can start from there. We need sections: About the role (maybe a summary), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (maybe minimum knowledge), Qualifications (maybe education/experience), Skills (maybe abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: General Function description (what the role is). That could be About the role. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required: list. Working Conditions: mention normal office environment, extending viewing of computer screens, travel within affiliate for training, scheduling flexibility, travel outside affiliate for classroom training. Pay: "Personal Banker Associate I-Hayward Total Base Pay Range 43,680.00 - 69,900.00 USD Annual". Also mention base salary reflective of range, etc. Benefits: mention extensive benefits programs, link to benefits page. Schedule: Not explicitly given. There's mention of scheduling flexibility, but not schedule details. Should we create Schedule section? Only if posting actually states them. It mentions scheduling flexibility but not specific schedule. Probably not enough to create a Schedule section. So omit. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. About the role: Could be the General Function paragraph: "Selected candidates are intended to become a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program that includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service. There will be a certification at the conclusion of the program to provide selected candidates the opportunity to demonstrate skills necessary to successfully perform a role within the Retail Personal Banker job family. The Personal Banker I is a Financial Center position focused on using the consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers or prospects. The Personal Banker I maintains focus on acquiring new households and/or deepening existing customer relationships through a variety of activities, including but not limited to lobby leadership (Financial Centers) or aisle time (Bank Marts) and tele-consulting. This role is responsible for processing teller transactions as well as working as a member of the platform staff. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types." That's a lot; we can put as

under About the role. Responsibilities: The list under Essential Duties And Responsibilities. Each bullet starts with a verb. We'll make

    • items. Requirements: Could be Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required. That's a list. Could be split into Requirements and Skills? But we have separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to map. We have content: Minimum Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Required includes: - College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or, combination of education and experience. - Experience in the financial industry preferred. - Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers. - Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions that will allow for analysis of credit and financial information. - Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication. - Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures in order to utilize good judgment in making sound decisions. - This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). The NMLS web site (mortgage.nationwidelicensingsystem.org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position. We could treat these as Requirements (maybe qualifications) and Skills. But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one section "Requirements" that includes both knowledge/skills/abilities. Or we could split: Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (certifications like S.A.F.E. Act), Skills (sales ability, math, communication, etc.). But we must not create sections with filler. We have enough content to split meaningfully. Let's define: - Requirements: College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience. Experience in the financial industry preferred. - Qualifications: S.A.F.E. Act registration requirement (NMLS). Possibly also certification after onboarding? But that's part of role. - Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities..., ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions..., ability to professionally represent..., demonstrated ability to develop working knowledge of Retail policies... But we need to ensure we don't create thin sections. Each will have at least a couple items. Benefits: Content: "At Fifth Third, we understand the importance of recognizing our employees for the role they play in improving the lives of our customers, communities and each other. Our Total Rewards include comprehensive benefits and differentiated compensation offerings to give each employee the opportunity to be their best every day. The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. Our extensive benefits programs are designed to support the individual needs of our employees and their families, encompassing physical, financial, emotional and social well-being. You can learn more about those programs on our 53.com Careers page at: https://www.53.com/content/fifth-third/en/careers/benefits.html and by consulting with your talent acquisition partner." We need to preserve that. It's prose; we can put in

. Also we have Pay range separate. Pay: "Personal Banker Associate I-Hayward Total Base Pay Range 43,680.00 - 69,900.00 USD Annual". Also mention base salary reflective of range etc. That's already in benefits paragraph but we can still have Pay section with the range. Schedule: Not present; we should not create. We also have Working Conditions: Could be considered Schedule? Not exactly. There's mention of travel within affiliate for training, scheduling flexibility, travel outside affiliate for classroom training. That's more about working conditions/travel. Could be placed under a section like "Working Conditions" but we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No Working Conditions. So we need to decide where to put that info. Could be included in About the role or Responsibilities? It's not a duty. Could be included in Requirements? Not really. Could be included in Benefits? Not. Could be included in Pay? No. We could create a Schedule section if we interpret scheduling flexibility as schedule info. But the instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does mention scheduling flexibility, which is about schedule. So we could create a Schedule section with that info. However, we also have travel requirements. Might be better to put under Schedule: "This program will require the ability to travel within the affiliate for training as well as scheduling flexibility. Travel outside of the affiliate will be required for various classroom training sessions." That's specific schedule/travel info. Thus we can create Schedule section with that. Now we need to ensure we don't duplicate info. The benefits paragraph also mentions base salary reflective of range etc. That's okay; we can still have Pay section with the range, and Benefits section with benefits description. We must not include boilerplate like "Attention search firms..." etc. Also remove EEO statement. Also remove the duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
