We help busy families and households run smoothly, and that work only happens because of thoughtful, capable people who genuinely care about the families they support. What the work looks like

Every household is a little different, but PA work at Pepper's often includes errands and shopping, home organization, calendar and appointment support, vendor coordination, light meal prep, travel planning, laundry, pet care, and the dozens of small tasks that make a household run.

Where we work

We support families in the greater Seattle area. Reliable transportation and comfort driving around the region are a must.

Requirements

  • Experienced in running and maintaining a household
  • Driven by caring for others and helping them succeed
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Trustworthy and can be counted on to safeguard confidentiality
  • Balanced and not easily overwhelmed with competing demands
  • Resourceful and a quick learner
  • Adept at coordinating multiple efforts simultaneously
  • Team player
  • Coachable – welcome and able to receive feedback with ease
  • Able to pick up new technology quickly and intuitively
  • Easy to reach and responsive during normal business hours – we have a policy of responding to texts, phone calls and emails within 4 hours, you must be able to comply with this policy during business hours.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for client errands
