About the Role
This is an active, fast-paced household with two working parents — one works full-time remotely, and the other is the primary caregiver for their baby — along with one small dog. The parents keep a full schedule and are seeking a highly organized, proactive PA who can bring structure and consistency to their day-to-day, allowing them to stay focused on their careers and their family time.
Responsibilities
Types of tasks can include, but are not limited to:
- Laundry
- Light cleaning — dishes, tidying, vacuuming, etc.
- Home organization and inventory management — restocking household supplies and groceries
- Running errands — grocery shopping, returns, etc.
- Meal planning and prep
- Coordinating home services/repairs
- Light pet care for the family dog
Requirements
- Type A personality — organized, detail-oriented, and naturally proactive; this family leans on their PA to help keep systems in place and anticipate needs before being asked
- Comfortable and experienced around small children/babies
- Dog-friendly and comfortable with light pet care
- Discreet, reliable, and warm — someone who fits naturally into a family home environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset - noticing and handling household needs without being asked
- Self-starter who doesn't need heavy direction once trained
- Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
- Someone looking for a long-term role
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Trustworthy and respectful of privacy
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for client errands
- Comfortable around dogs
Pay
$28-$31/hr (depending on related professional experience)
Schedule
15 hours per week — Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
