Person in Charge (Part-time) - 427 Encinitas

Location: 479 Encinitas Blvd, Encinitas, California 92024, United States. Position: Person in Charge (Part‑time).

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in the absence of upper‑management and help manage daily store operations.
• Supervise associates in the performance of their assigned work duties.
• Carry store keys to open and operate front entry/exit doors, office, roll‑up door, and registers.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves, and provide customer carry‑out services.
• Maintain a store section, operate a cash register, and offer friendly, courteous assistance to customers.
• Perform basic bookkeeping duties.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Retail Management Certificate (desirable).

Pay

Starting rate: $16.90 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time.
