About the role

Core4ce is seeking a talented Personnel Security Clearance Specialist in support of a government customer in Chesapeake, Virginia, United States. Tracking Code: 1438-383. Position Type: Full-Time/Regular. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data validation and tracking support for adjudicative processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide record and file management support for adjudicative processing, including assembling, digitization, storing, retrieving, and access control of records, files, and pertinent work areas.
• Receive, screen, validate, and process documents and case files.
• Interact directly with SECCEN customers via telephone and email correspondence.
• Perform electronic fingerprint recording when required as part of data validation and tracking support for the adjudicative process.
• Deliver complete and accurate case file packages to the government ready for further adjudicative processing based on applicable handbooks and processing guides.
• Participate, possibly in both writing and review, in the bid and proposal process for Core4ce’s strategic growth portfolio.
• Adapt to evolving responsibilities to meet business needs and enable individual growth.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Background in administrative support, file management, and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish relationships and contacts and interact professionally with government personnel.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Pay

Salary Range: $21.50 - $22.50 per hour (USD).
