Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the PERS program, including sales, service, problem-solving, insurance verification, order management, return shipments, billing, and installer coordination.
- Manage intake and order processes: answer program questions, coordinate with installers, follow up on service order completion, perform data entry in EHR systems, troubleshoot equipment with customers, and track inventory returns.
- Act as a liaison between subscribers and the contracted PERS company.
- Provide care or service while adjusting approaches to reflect developmental and cultural differences of the population served.
- Partner with patient caregivers in decision-making and communicate respectfully.
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment.
- Work in a fast-paced, multifaceted service role using a continuous improvement approach for data collection, monitoring, and follow-up action.
- Manage organizational business change and transition.
- Collaborate remotely or in-office using virtual applications to solve problems as a team, demonstrating sound business practices to control costs and meet organizational and program goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Post-secondary education in a technical or health-related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare, senior care, home care, or DME (helpful).
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and comfort with multiple software systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Pay
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on years of experience.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
