About the role
Provide speech-language pathology services in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer therapy sessions to patients with various diagnoses
- Document progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Adhere to all regulatory and accreditation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
Skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice in SLP
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
