About the role

The primary responsibility is to provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Duties include assisting patients with activities of daily living, administering treatments, and maintaining patient records.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and other personal hygiene needs
• Administer prescribed physical therapy exercises and treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all interactions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
