About the role

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a physician. Perform administrative duties including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and billing.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during patient visits
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Take and record patient vital signs
• Manage medical records and ensure confidentiality
• Handle insurance claims and patient billing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Assisting or related field
• Current Florida Medical Assisting license
• At least 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
