We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Pleasant Hill, California, in a permanent full-time position. Pay
$60–$65 per hour
Schedule
- 35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday with weekend rotation

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
- Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques
- Follow facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations
- Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree
- Current Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
