We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Pleasant Hill, California, in a permanent full-time position. Pay

$60–$65 per hour

Schedule

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday with weekend rotation

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
  • Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals
  • Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and functional independence
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
  • Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
  • Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques
  • Follow facility policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations
  • Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited physical therapy degree
  • Current Physical Therapist license in California or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
