About the role
Location: Concord, NC. Job Type: Part-time / Permanent. Start Date: ASAP. Client: Adult with dementia/Alzheimer’s-related care needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Assist with the client’s daily routine and safety
- Provide appropriate support related to dementia/Alzheimer’s care
- Follow the client’s care plan
- Communicate with the family and care team
- Document care provided accurately
Qualifications
- Experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsible
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and daily activities
- Able to commit to a long-term, consistent assignment
- Good communication and documentation skills
Skills
- Arabic-speaking is strongly preferred
