Permanent Highway Maintenance Worker 1 (HMW1) or Highway Technician 1 (HT1) Montgomery County, 3rd Shift, PN:20061875

About the role

The selected candidate will be placed in the classification in which they meet minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve the public and work to make the roads in Ohio safer.
• Attend training to obtain CDL licensure; if not already a licensed CDL holder.
• Perform highway maintenance activities; including flagging, pothole patching, repairing guardrails, litter pickup, mowing.
• Perform snow & ice operations.

Qualifications

• Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary.
• Must obtain Class B Commercial Driver's License with tanker endorsement without airbrake restriction.
• Highway Maintenance Organization Transportation - District 07

• HMW1: $21.48
• HT1: $22.29

Schedule

• Full-time
• Work Hours: 8:00pm - 6:30am; may vary
