  • Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with sleep-language disorders focus.
  • Experience diagnosing and treating sleep-related swallowing and language disorders.
  • On-site assessment and documentation of patient progress in electronic health records.
  • Ability to develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality, HIPAA-compliant practices, and ethical standards.
  • Strong collaboration with physicians, therapists, and care coordinators.
  • Proficiency in swallowing therapy techniques and pediatric/adult sleep-language protocols as applicable.
  • Documentation for billing accuracy and revenue cycle compliance.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and pursuing relevant certifications.
