Job Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division aligned with Vision 2030 strategic goals.
  • Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance interdisciplinary cancer care.
  • Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using advanced technology.
  • Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
  • Develop and implement research and educational initiatives with Drexel University.
  • Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities.
  • Cultivate a skilled, diverse surgical team committed to workforce development.
  • Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one.
  • Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and a hospitalist team.

Qualifications

  • Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified (BC) in ENT.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience beyond training.
  • Not open to new graduates or those requiring visa sponsorship.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • DEA and CSR/CDS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days is required).

Pay

The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this role includes a shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and a hospitalist team.
