Job Summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at Uptown Rehab, a GHC-owned facility in Albuquerque, NM.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver CPT/OT certified occupational therapy services to patients on-site.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
  • Document clinical sessions accurately in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Engage in performance-driven activities with clear metrics and targets.
  • Participate in on-site trainings to pursue professional growth.
  • Develop and manage a personal pipeline for patient referrals and caseload.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families on therapy goals.
  • Afford compliance with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Regularly assess patient progress and adjust plans to meet goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.

Requirements

  • Current CPT/OT CPT certification and valid occupational therapy license.
  • On-site clinical OT services with documentation in electronic health records.
  • Experience in developing and implementing individualized OT treatment plans.
  • Compliance with regulatory, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Regular progress assessment and plan adjustments to meet goals.
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration to coordinate patient care.
  • Pipeline development for patient referrals and caseload growth.
  • Engagement in performance-driven activities with measurable targets.
  • Participation in on-site trainings for ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent time-management to ensure timely service delivery.
