Perioperative Technician | Outpatient Surgery Center | 0.8 FTE

About the role

We are seeking a Perioperative Technician in our Outpatient Surgery Center in La Crosse, WI.

What You Do

• Help prepare patients for procedures
• Assist the clinicians
• Start IV's
• Restock and collect specimens to send to the lab

What You'll Need

• A High School Diploma or equivalency
• A Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• One year of work experience working in a health care setting
• A current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
