About the role
We are seeking a Perioperative Technician in our GI Center in La Crosse, WI.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare patients for procedures
- Assist the clinicians and team
- Start IV's
- Restock and collect specimens to send to the lab
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Wisconsin Registered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- 1 year of work experience working in a health care setting
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross
