Perioperative RN SME

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications/Licenses: Current/Previous Registered Nurse.

Skills And Competencies

• Directed or Managed Perioperative programs for multi-hospital or large academic health systems.
• Consulting experience focused on OR and Procedural Operational Improvement.
• Strong ability to guide operational users through technology changes; Epic or Cerner EHR experience preferred.
• Possess a growth mindset and is prepared to expand and develop talents with a rapidly growing team.

Additional Information

• Travel: Able to travel 50-75% of the time.

Pay

The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $125,000-$210,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
