About the Role

Everett Dental Wellness is hiring a periodontal-driven Registered Dental Hygienist who wants to practice evidence-based hygiene in a supportive, doctor-led environment — with compensation tied to performance, not just time in the chair.

Responsibilities

• Part-time, 2-3 days week (Monday–Thursday)
• Full-time, 4 day week (Mon-Thurs)
• 7:30am–5:30pm | No evenings | No Fridays
• Strong base pay plus performance-based hygiene bonus
• Bonus model that allows hygienists to share in the profits generated by their care
• Uncapped earning potential for productive hygienists

Qualifications

• A Massachusetts-licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
