About the role

As a high‑energy, customer‑focused dance instructor you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals—from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will work closely with people from all walks of life, enhancing lives every day while enjoying a very active, fun environment where you control what you earn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and group dance classes on regular studio hours.
• Attend and lead events that take place on weekday evenings and some weekends.
• Help students achieve personal dance goals through instruction, practice, and performance opportunities.
• Collaborate with the studio team to create a welcoming, non‑judgmental atmosphere.
• Participate in studio activities such as performances, parties, and competitions.

Requirements

• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and 100 % passionate about dance.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Understanding of what it takes to be successful and willingness to commit to the work.
• Accountable and unselfish team player.
• Eager to accept coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Positive outlook – “cup is always half full.”
• Exceptional physical fitness/endurance to perform the role.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with students of all ages.

Pay
