Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is the leader in ballroom dance instruction across the country and around the world. Founded in 1947 with one studio on Park Avenue in Manhattan, we have grown our franchise network to 180 dance studio locations serving over 25,000 students. We offer group and private lessons, choreograph wedding dances, host local parties, and organize an average of 35 branded national, inter-regional, and regional dance competitions annually. Our studios provide opportunities to perform in beautiful venues and prepare students for lifelong dance journeys.

About the Role

As a high-energy, customer-focused Performing Arts Specialist, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals, from single events to lifelong growth. This role offers the unique honor of enhancing people’s lives daily while working closely with individuals from all walks of life.

Studio hours are maintained regularly, but you will also attend events on weekday evenings and weekends with your students.
