About the role

We are growing and excited to be adding to our team of professionals. As a high energy, customer-focused performing arts professional instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week, helping students to reach their personal dance goals. You will have a unique honor to enhance people's lives every day and meet and work closely with people from all walks of life.

We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week, but also host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and some weekends. Our mission is to enrich lives - physically, mentally, emotionally & socially, through the positive, transforming power of dance.

Responsibilities

As a Performing Arts Professional Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting private and group dance classes, helping students to reach their personal dance goals, and participating in various events and activities.

Pay

Our compensation plan includes multiple components: salary commensurate with experience, multiple opportunities to earn bonuses, competition winnings, and benefits including PTO/Vacation, Continuing Education, Health and Wellness Benefits.
