About the role

As a high-energy, customer-focused performing arts professional instructor, you will conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week. You and your Fred Astaire team will help students reach their personal dance goals—from a single event to a lifelong journey of dance growth. You will have the unique honor of enhancing people's lives every day while working closely with people from all walks of life, providing personal enrichment unlike any other environment.

We maintain regular studio hours throughout the week; however, we host many events that take place on some weekday evenings and weekends, which you will need and want to attend with your students.

We provide group and private lessons, choreograph wedding dances, prepare couples and wedding parties, offer performance opportunities in beautiful venues, host local parties for practice and camaraderie, and organize an average of 35 branded national, inter-regional, and regional dance competitions annually.
