Performing Arts Center Manager

Anticipated start date: August 24, 2026

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (includes two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid meal break)
• Weekly working hours: 40
• Schedule will need to be flexible depending on PAC rentals/usage, including weekends

Work Calendar: 2026-27 Administrator 260 Day Work Calendar

Pay

Salary: $87,846 - $96,252 (Non-Represented Salary Schedule 2025-26; 2026-27 salary schedule TBD)

Responsibilities

• Daily responsibility for the technical operations of the venue, including lighting, sound, stage rigging, and other equipment
• Supervision of technical staff and coordination of necessary maintenance
• Scheduling of all District and community events in the venue
• Management of all aspects of PAC rentals, including rental agreements, billing, and collections
• Present as needed at events and/or programs to ensure appropriate facility utilization and asset preservation

Benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Eligibility is determined by the number of hours worked during the school year (September 1 through August 31). Employees scheduled to work 630 hours or more in a year are eligible for benefits.
