Performance Tester- Chicago, IL / Naveen

About the role

The Performance Tester will be responsible for owning end-to-end performance testing, analyzing results, and suggesting tuning improvements. They will work across application, database, and infrastructure layers, leveraging tools such as JMeter and BlazeMeter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance testing
• Analyze results and suggest tuning improvements
• Work across App + DB + Infra layers
• Strong in JMeter + BlazeMeter (MUST HAVE)
• Experience with AWS + Microservices environment
• Translate performance results into actionable insights

Requirements

• Performance Testing (5+ years)
• JMeter + BlazeMeter (mandatory)
• Load / Stress / Endurance testing
• AWS + On-Prem experience
• Microservices architecture understanding
• Observability tools (Dynatrace / Splunk / Grafana / Geneos)
• Coding (Java / Python / JavaScript / Groovy / TypeScript)

Qualifications

Must-have skills include experience with load/stress/endurance testing, AWS and on-prem environments, microservices architecture, observability tools, CI/CD practices, and coding in Java, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or TypeScript.
