Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software testing, with significant hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Proven experience leading performance testing teams and enterprise-scale testing engagements.
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more performance testing tools: LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, or NeoLoad.
- Experience with API performance testing, RESTful services, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Experience analyzing application logs, server metrics, database queries, and infrastructure performance.
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases.
