Performance Partner
Position Summary: The Performance Partner plays a critical role in supporting high-quality, accountable, and data-informed service delivery across CSC Leon’s funded Community Investment Partners (CIPs). Working closely with the Director of Programs and Finance and the Lead Performance Partner, this position helps ensure that funded programs are implemented with fidelity to contract requirements while continuously strengthening program performance and outcomes. Serving as a key point of contact and resource for assigned CIPs, the Performance Partner provides hands-on support related to contract implementation, monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement. This role balances compliance oversight with relationship-building—offering technical assistance, conducting site visits, analyzing performance data, and contributing to training and capacity-building efforts that help partners deliver effective, high-quality services. The Performance Partner collaborates with CSC Leon staff and external partners to support sound programmatic practices, informed decision-making, and a strong, transparent partnership between CSC Leon and the organizations it funds.
Responsibilities
- Review assigned programs against contract requirements, including funding utilization and disbursement requests to ensure program compliance.
- Provide technical assistance, training, and support to funded CIPs to improve program efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Maintain program files and answer inquiries from CIPs regarding administrative, programmatic, and financial procedures and practices.
- Facilitate performance review process for assigned CIP programs.
- Conduct on-site program observations, monitoring, and evaluations to determine whether service delivery is in compliance with the contract.
- Gather, maintain, and analyze data from the CSC Leon Services and Activities Management Information System (SAMIS) or other reports related to assigned CIP contracts, in cooperation with the Director of Programs and Finance, Lead Performance Partner, and other CSC Leon staff.
- Prepare periodic performance review evaluation reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant professional experience; a combination of education and experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree requirement on a year-for-year basis (e.g., four years of professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).

Pay
The salary range is $48,000 - $55,000 plus benefits, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits available immediately.
