Performance Marketing, Senior Manager

This is a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Manage performance of six-figure monthly digital media budgets
• Partner with external agencies on campaign execution, strategy, and reporting
• Develop and manage campaign targeting, audience strategies, and keyword portfolios
• Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in collaboration with the web team
• Implement structured A/B testing programs for creative, messaging, and offers
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting on ROI and lead quality
• Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
• Identify opportunities to expand into new performance channels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
• Experience in financial services
• Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
• Experience managing lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
• Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4 and marketing dashboards

Pay

The annualized base pay range for this role is $140,000–$150,000. Actual base pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
